Connecting with a Diverse Population

Monroe is located 40 minutes east of Seattle. This more rural community sits at the base of the Cascade foothills and is also home to a state penitentiary.

Over the last decade, Monroe has rapidly grown and diversified. Many immigrant families have chosen to move to this area over the years seeking employment and opportunity and bringing more diversity and culture. With this growth has also come the need for ministers who can serve this unique population and bridge the gap between cultures all the while serving and sharing the love of Jesus with it’s students and families. That is why we have established a ministry site in this area!
